Kamaljeet Kaur, a 45-year-old woman from Dyala Colony, Hoshiarpatti, Rampur, Ludhiana, is currently admitted in SPS Hospital and fighting for her life.
Two years ago, Kamaljeet suffered a severe head injury, which led to a skull fracture. Since then, her health has steadily declined, and now her condition is extremely critical.
The hospital has given an estimated total treatment cost of Rs.3,09,530, out of which Rs.1,50,000 is urgently needed for the brain surgery scheduled for tomorrow. This amount is beyond what her family can afford.
Kamaljeet’s husband is a daily wage laborer, earning just Rs.5,000 to Rs.7,000 a month. They have no other source of income, and their only daughter is married and unable to provide financial support. The family has already spent all their savings on her previous treatments and medications.
