These people come from poor backgrounds and struggle to afford even two meals a day. Some are patients seeing treatment, some are attendants, some are physically challenged and some are just two old or too poor to afford even a single meal.
This kitchen provides lunch to such people every single day. It covers 4 major hospitals in Ludhiana. It provides groceries to 50 families and two-time meals to elderlies who have no one to look after them. They also serve food for just Rs 5 at their kiosk at Gill Chowk.
