Youth Empowerment Federation

YEF is a Ludhiana based NGO which was established in July 2019 by Mrs. Baljeet Kaur. The visions are Developing soft skills and hard skills in Youth to ensure better success rate in Career, Training them in “Relation Management “to ensure their happy living, Developing their SOCIAL LEADERSHIP skill to make them responsible citizens towards their Country and state.

YOUTH ICONS Youth Icons is a training cell run by YEF where youngsters are given a training course which includes Relationship management, Soft skills, Public speaking skills, Entrepreneurship training. BUMPKINS It was Rural Employment Project where 15 students from a rural area (9th to 12th class ) were adopted, who were bright but were not able to continue their education due to financial crisis.
