Last Sunday, our group visited Shri Vivekanand Swarg Ashram Trust - a quiet, humble place that now feels like a second home to many elders.
We met aunty ji who’s 88, sitting quietly with her knitting… uncle ji, 72, who loves telling stories from his younger days. And so many others - men, women, even elderly couples - all brought here by fate.
They don’t have family left to care for them. But here, they’ve found peace… love… and dignity.
They eat together, laugh together, and support each other through the aches and memories.
But during our visit, we noticed something — the old refrigerators weren’t working. Medicines had to be kept in coolers. Leftover food couldn’t be stored properly.
The staff said - ‘Beta, if we could just get 3 working fridges, it would help us so much.’
That’s when we decided - we will make it happen.
Each refrigerator costs Rs.12,000, and the total requirement is Rs.36,000.

We’re raising this amount and we need your help.
If you’re watching this, we ask you to contribute whatever you can. Even Rs.100 makes a difference.
Let’s do this - for the comfort and care of those who once cared for others.
Because someday, we all hope to age with grace…just like them.
