Shri Balaji Prem Ashram & Nikhil Vidyalaya was established in 2009 by Mr. Sunil Bhalla with the aim to shelter abandoned, orphan children and provide them with the education they need.
The institution provides schooling, meals, books & uniforms to over 300 underprivileged children.
Situated in Lalton Kalan, Ludhiana, this Orphanage is a home to more than 35 orphan girls and 30 boys some of who live with a disability.
However, the accommodation that they currently have is only for 20 children and the capacity is already beyond full. To accommodate and shelter more children, they have begun constructing a new space, which not only will shelter more but also be disability friendly. But they have to stop it due to a lack of funds.

Construction has already begun, but we don’t have enough funds to give these precious girls a better life.
