Bharat Vikas Parishad Vivekanada Sewa Trust, Ludhiana has undertaken a project to construct 1100 shelters for BSF and army Jawans who petrol across 513 Kms of Punjab border from Madhopur to Fazilka
These temporary shelters are required for self-protection in rain, dust storms and extreme weather conditions. Each shelter cost Rs 25000/- with transportation and fittings on site.
Organizations are invited to sponsor at least 50 such shelters from anyone company.
Their firm’s names will display on all shelters sponsored by any company.
Companies like IMC from Ludhiana & Metlonics from Mohali have sanctioned funds from their CSR but more funds are required to complete the project.
The installation ceremony was done at Kartarpur corridor whereas the next ceremony is planned for 15th August at Bamyial border near Dinanagar.
